CareHouse provides a comfortable and nurturing environment for families and children to have supervised visits and exchanges.

During a supervised visit or exchange, a trained supervisor is present at all times and documents all interaction. 

At careHouse families can:

• Prepare and share a meal in our kitchen
• Play in our gym or outdoor playground
• Choose a game or book from our toy closet
• Relax in one of our visitation rooms

Fees:

$25.00 Intake
$15.00 per Exchange
$40.00 per Hour Visitation

Financial assistance is available to qualifying families.

INTAKE, VISITATION AND EXCHANGES ARE AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 

Before scheduling an intake, both parents must complete and return individual Registration Applications and Family Visitation Consent Forms. These applications/consents can be returned directly to c.a.r.e., faxed, or attached to an email and sent to www.careHouse@careweld.org
